1. Data Collection and Telemetry

Automains Network ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our infrastructure clients. As an edge routing platform, we process network traffic (Layer 3 and Layer 4) traversing our Anycast nodes. We strictly enforce data retention policies and telemetry flushing timelines. We do not store raw packet payloads; we only retain sampled NetFlow and sFlow headers for a maximum of 30 days for billing and security analysis purposes.

2. Use of Information

The metadata collected is utilized exclusively to provide volumetric DDoS mitigation, optimize BGP route selection, and deliver real-time analytics to your dashboard. Under no circumstances do we sell, rent, or monetize your network traffic data. Client metadata (such as email addresses and billing information) is processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors.

3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For our enterprise customers operating within the European Economic Area (EEA), Automains Network acts as a Data Processor. Our standard DPA, which incorporates the latest Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), is available upon request from your dedicated account manager.
